‘The Writers’ Account is a place to write, whether you already write or wish you did.  You will be able to experiment, to learn and to develop your talent.  All kinds of writers are welcome and all kinds of writing are too, from film script to spoken word, from poetry to play.  There will be opportunities to try new forms of writing, to learn directly from professional writers, as well as to invest in your own writing.  Come and see what dividends your drafts might pay. 

For 14-19 year olds. This is an in person club, based at The LSI Building in Bridport during term time.

Last term the team created a brand new radio play: Chatting Shit’ explores the complex relationships between the teen members of a band as they form, rehearse, fall out, rehearse again and then head for The Battle of the Bands.  An update and a riff on Fleetwood Mac’s epic album ‘Rumours’, the band – Beef – come to learn that maybe success comes at too high a price.
